Support Technician

Dave & Buster's is seeking a Support Technician to provide exceptional Guest experience by maintaining our building, including games, simulators, and technical equipment, while ensuring ideal player conditions and providing timely and accurate service.

Requirements

• Repair and maintenance of games, simulators, and technical equipment
• Assist Guests and maintain ideal player conditions
• Timely and accurate service management
• Perform multiple job functions with a positive attitude
• Stocking, displaying, and securing merchandise
• Conducting merchandise inventory
• Checking for restocking of necessary supplies
• Performing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly game maintenance
• Assisting with general store maintenance
• Communicating with Guests and other Team Members
