Job Description
We're a family-oriented company built on strong values and great people, seeking an HVAC Designer to lead HVAC design efforts on commercial projects.
Requirements
- Create and complete HVAC system designs for commercial projects
- Lead HVAC design meetings and collaborate with internal teams
- Review plans prior to submission and ensure code compliance
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to prevent jobsite issues
- Assist with design submissions to municipalities
- Work within BIM, Revit, and Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
