Job Description
Dave Jones, LLC is seeking a Residential HVAC Foreman to oversee HVAC installs on Residential Projects, providing leadership and mentoring to the team, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining effective communication among team members and clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the HVAC field, including previous supervisory experience
- Journeyman HVAC Preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and relevant codes
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety and maintaining a safe work environment
