Engineering Manager, MarTech

Dave is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Marketing Technology team. This team builds the systems, platforms, and integrations that power how Dave reaches, engages, and retains millions of members.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• 1.5+ years of engineering management experience
• Experience building highly available, scalable, and low-latency systems
• Strong technical judgment and the ability to guide architecture discussions across larger initiatives
• Experience hiring, developing, and supporting high-performing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to engage in both technical and business discussions with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience operating in a fast-growing environment with evolving priorities
