Coordinator, Brand Marketing

The Brand Marketing Coordinator will support the Brand Marketing team in bringing integrated campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling to market. This role will partner closely with three Brand Managers to help coordinate initiatives across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring brand campaigns are executed seamlessly and aligned with broader business priorities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, or project coordination (luxury, fashion, or jewelry preferred)
• Experience supporting strategy, integrated marketing campaigns or product launches across all channels
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders
• Strong communication and presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong creative aesthetic
• Analytical mindset with experience compiling campaign performance summaries
• High Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools (e.g. Monday)
