Senior Manager Paid Media (Brand)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
• 5-7 years in marketing in paid media (brand) with a focus on analytics
• Experience in luxury/fashion a plus
• Solid understanding of media measurement solutions and testing implementation (MMM, brand awareness tracking, split testing)
• Proven ability in strategy development and data analysis to drive marketing decisions
• Experience in leading and developing a team, with strong project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with strong negotiation skills
• Skilled in budget management and optimizing marketing investments
• Ability to adapt strategies in a fast-paced environment and innovate as needed
• Knowledge of marketing technologies, digital platforms, offline media and analytics tools
