David Zwirner Gallery is seeking a dynamic Director/Associate Director to join our global marketing department. This pivotal role, based in Paris, reports jointly to the DZP Managing Director and New York-based Events Director, and is responsible for the successful execution of all private events for David Zwirner Paris and Europe, and select London programs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in events, marketing, development, or press relations within a comparable organization and industry
- Understanding of the global art market, collector culture, and luxury client expectations
- Exceptional communication skills and extraordinary attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, managing time and meeting tight deadlines
- A collaborative mindset and solutions-oriented approach
- Fluency in French and English required; other European languages a plus
- Experience negotiating high-value contracts, sponsorships, or partnerships
