Director of Finance

The Director of Finance will lead and oversee all financial operations for the hotel or resort, develop and implement financial strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in a finance leadership role within the hospitality industry
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficient in financial management systems and software
• High attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
