Join the Royal Palm South Beach Miami team as a Director of Outlets and lead our diverse portfolio of food and beverage establishments to new heights of success. As a dynamic and results-driven hospitality professional, you will oversee the operations of our restaurants, bars, lounges, and other food and beverage outlets, driving revenue growth, implementing innovative concepts, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably hotel
- Ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plan
- Ability to lead and direct a team
- Time management skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
- Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates
