Job Description
Join the team at FORTH Hotel and Club as the Director of Rooms and lead the rooms division team in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. Develop strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue generation, and collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in rooms division management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and related technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends as needed
