We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to lead commercial strategy and drive top-line revenue for a luxury property in the Greater Los Angeles area.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive hotel sales experience
- Minimum 2 years of hotel sales leadership experience or equivalent
- Prior luxury hotel or independent hotel experience preferred
- Strong awareness of the West Coast, Los Angeles, and Beverly Hills market and customer base
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic Sales & Marketing plans to drive revenue growth
- Established relationships within the agency and luxury travel community
- Strong negotiation and contract interpretation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with major hospitality sales CRM systems
- Professional presence with strong leadership and presentation skills
