Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant role to support outpatient or hospital facilities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices and purchase orders. Assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments.

Requirements

• 1 year of related administrative experience in a medical setting
• Medical secretary or secretarial certification preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• 60 WPM typing required
• Microsoft Office skills required
