The Associate Product Manager plays a critical role in shaping the products that power DaVita's operations, partnering with stakeholders to design, test, and deliver systems that simplify operational work, and advance business outcomes and improve the teammate experience.
Requirements
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business problems, user needs, and behavioral drivers
- Conduct structured user research and journey mapping to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Translate discovery findings into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and early product requirements
- Manage product backlog and prioritize features with guidance from Product leadership
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives in partnership with Product Operations
- Track thematic product metrics and report insights for iteration
- Collaborate with IT partners to clarify feature requirements and ensure smooth technical delivery
- Conduct light quantitative and qualitative analysis to frame feature value, success signals, and adoption insights
- Build clear, concise materials for Product readouts and stakeholder reviews
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners
- Contribute actively to team rituals with a growth mindset and solution orientation
