Clinical Coordinator

Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. Oversee treatment, guide clinical staff, and ensure highest standards of care and safety.

Requirements

• Current RN license and CPR certification
• 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis
• Charge RN readiness approval required
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
• CNN/CDN certification a plus
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
