Job Description
We are looking for Denver-based teammates to create a differentiated experience for healthcare providers. The team will deepen understanding of providers' needs and integrate clinical, operational, and technological capabilities to create an integrated care delivery platform.
Requirements
- Owns a functional area related to provider engagement
- Translates broader provider engagement goals and objectives into measurable deliverables/targets
- Drives performance and goal achievement for a small- to mid-sized team of direct reports
- Influences team, peers, and leaders in the department and cross-functionally
