Job Description
Join DaVita Integrated Kidney Care as a Nurse Practitioner to transform lives and make a real difference for patients with complex kidney conditions. Work in a hybrid-remote setting, with occasional work from home and travel to dialysis clinics and nephrology practices.
Requirements
- Passion for caring for patients with complex, chronic illnesses
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Current, unrestricted NP license in state of practice; DEA license or eligibility within 90 days
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver's license and insurance in the state
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong clinical judgment, autonomous decision-making, and expertise in managing complex comorbidities
