Product Operations Sr Analyst

Data-analytics focused product operations senior analyst position with responsibilities including leading projects to optimize product processes, developing and maintaining dashboards and reports, and mentoring junior analysts. Requires associate's degree or apprenticeship and 2-4 years of experience.

Requirements

• Proactively identifies gaps in reporting/metrics and creates new behavioral analytics
• Experience in leveraging behavioral analytics to support product development
• Familiarity with CSS and HTML concepts and components
• End to end Pendo knowledge (implementation, analytics, guides, reporting logic)
• Versed in extracting the 'why' behind data and project requests
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to derive strategic insights from complex data sets
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing projects with significant complexity and scale
