Job Description
DaVita is seeking a Regional Clinical Operations Director to oversee a 6-clinic portfolio across West Virginia and Eastern Kentucky, driving clinical excellence and operational performance while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience in multi-site healthcare operations, with a strong focus on quality improvement, regulatory readiness, and operational performance.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or related healthcare field
- Demonstrated leadership experience in multi-site healthcare operations
- Experience driving quality improvement, regulatory readiness, and operational performance
- Strong financial acumen with P&L oversight experience preferred
