Job Description
Regional Operations Director responsible for leading approximately 10 dialysis centers, 200 teammates, and providing oversight of operations with complete accountability for approximately $30-$50MM P&L. Inspires a team to ensure quality and compliant patient care, addresses top growth priorities, and develops strategic operating plans and goals.
Requirements
- Leadership for a multi-site operational business
- Experience leading a unified team
- Experience identifying and committed to growth in your territory
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
