Job Description
We are seeking a Sr Manager, Partner Engagement to lead and own key provider engagement programs, design and create structured, actionable playbooks and toolkits, and drive performance and goal achievement for a small- to mid-sized team of direct reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in healthcare project management, strategy, or provider network management; management consulting experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with Asana is highly preferred
