Job Description
The Sr Manager, Strategic Sourcing oversees the entire DaVita Way of Procurement process for large global categories from strategy development to execution. They set goals, manage supplier relationships, and collaborate with field/regional counterparts for optimal strategy implementation.
Requirements
- Develop extensive market knowledge and a deep understanding of the assigned spend areas.
- Identify additional areas for Procurement engagement and increase spend under management.
- Lead collaboration with internal business partners, both clinical and technical, to understand demand and supplier trends.
- Develop and gain internal alignment on category strategies for assigned areas.
- Manage supplier relationships including developing supplier performance (KPIs), capability development, cost and quality improvements for key suppliers and product categories.
