Dawn Foods is a global leader in bakery manufacturing and ingredients distribution. As a Maintenance Technician I, you will be responsible for safely installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery, equipment, and electrical devices in a multi-line food manufacturing facility.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of maintenance experience with food manufacturing a plus
- Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- PLC and welding skills are highly desired
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports
- Ability to communicate effectively with fellow maintenance employees and members of other departments
- Understanding of OSHA regulations
