Office Manager

Dawn Foods is a global market leader in the production and distribution of bakery ingredients. As the Office Manager, you will provide proactive support to the Managing Director Benelux and the Plant Manager Vlaardingen. You will play a central role in the daily functioning of the office and create a welcoming and professional work environment for colleagues, visitors, and suppliers.

Requirements

• MBO+/HBO work and thinking level
• At least 2 years of experience in a comparable role, preferably within an international organization
• Good command of Microsoft Office and experience with SAP and SharePoint
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
• Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented working attitude
