Job Description
Lead full HVAC system installs in residential homes—start to finish, mentor junior installers, troubleshoot installation issues, and deliver 5-star experiences to homeowners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation
- Proven lead technician experience on install crews
- Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and modern install techniques
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- EPA certification
