Director, Ammunition Logistics & Demil Operations

We are looking for a Director, Ammunition Logistics & Demil Operations to join our SOC Team! As Director, Ammunition Logistics & Demil Operations, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing operations at SOC Nevada, LLC, ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements for the Ammunition and Demil Directorate.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of federal, military, state, and local regulations governing SOC Nevada functions and operations at the Hawthorne Army Depot.
• Strong understanding of contractual requirements and compliance obligations for both SOC and Hawthorne Army Depot operations.
• Proven ability to manage resources effectively and efficiently across all areas of Operations.
• Full budget management experience (P&L) for both direct and indirect costs.
• Skilled in strategic planning and mapping of munitions and support services activities.
• Familiar with the principles of the Defense Industry Initiative (Ethics), as well as succession planning and diversity programs.
• Demonstrated leadership at the Director level, including the ability to delegate effectively.
