Engineer, Operations 2

We're looking for a hands-on Engineer to optimize processes, enhance safety, and drive continuous improvement across the shop floor. The ideal candidate has a mechanical mindset, strong technical skills, and a passion for improving how things work.

Requirements

• Prepare and update operator procedures for shop floor
• Address daily production related issues on shop floor
• Research and design systems related to continuous improvement
• Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew
• Coordinate with external customers on shop floor related issues
• Develop and maintain process layouts for existing or new processes and equipment
