Job Description
The Sr. Manager, Corrective Action Program & Continuous Improvement will lead enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance quality, performance, and operational excellence across complex EPC and construction projects.
Requirements
- Strong strategic thinking with a systems-level perspective
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to influence and drive change across all organizational levels
- Deep knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies (5 Whys, Fishbone, TapRooT, Kepner-Tregoe, etc.)
- Expertise in NQA-1 and ISO 9001 standards and implementation
- High level of integrity and commitment to quality and safety
