Founding Ops Manager

As the Founding Ops Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the backbone of the growing company, driving efficiency and ensuring long-term success.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of consulting experience, preferably from a top consulting firm (Big 4 experience is a plus)
• Tech-savvy problem solver with a technical background, ideally with some familiarity with computer science, product management, or technology-related fields
• Hands-on attitude with a willingness to dive into details and troubleshoot processes
• Customer-facing comfort with interacting with clients and assisting with high-stakes contracts or customer relationships
• Healthcare or technology experience is highly desirable
