Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in product design
- Portfolio that shows you can design from ambiguity
- Highly hands-on and comfortable working without established processes
- Strong product instincts
- Fluent in modern design tools
- Curious about AI, emerging technologies, and new interaction models
