Job Description
Maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots facility systems and components. Completes and maintains work requests as assigned. Required to be on call with a flexible schedule and respond to emergency repair requests.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years supervised experience in plumbing, carpentry, millwrighting, painting, electrical, and/or masonry work
- Valid New York State driver’s license that meets the Agency’s driving policy
- Ability and willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call system
- Ability to work effectively and independently
