Business Systems Analyst Sr

Dayforce is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst / Solution Specialist with deep expertise in Sales Cloud to partner with business stakeholders and deliver scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Salesforce BSA, or similar role
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (declarative development)
• Proven experience delivering Salesforce implementations and enhancements end-to-end
• Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirement gathering, and solution design
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
