Payroll Specialist

Dayforce is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processes, including validation, auditing, and completion of payroll activities. The role requires building strong client relationships, resolving employee and client queries, and maintaining knowledge of German payroll legislation.

Requirements

• 1 year of relevant experience in German payroll
• Strong German and English communication skills
• Experience managing high-volume payroll environments (3,000+ employees)
• Ability to work directly with clients and resolve complex issues using critical thinking
• Strong understanding of quality control and auditing standards
• Up-to-date knowledge of German tax and social insurance regulations
• Experience with German payroll systems such as LoGa, SAP, or Paisy
