Services Consultant, Web Services & API

Dayforce is a global human capital management (HCM) company looking for a Services Consultant to support customers in setting up standard people connectors and Web Services/API consulting. The role involves working with customers to understand their requirements, managing expectations, and delivering integrations with various systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years working in the integration field
• Excellent English, written and spoken
• Analytical thinking
• Experience in human capital management application consulting
• Experience working with API’s/Web Services
• Technical skills requirements such as SQL
• Ability to analyze and determine root cause analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Customer relationship acumen
• Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities
• Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead and facilitate customer workshops and sessions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
