Dayforce is a global human capital management company with an award-winning Cloud HCM platform. We're looking for an Implementation Project Manager to lead customer-specific engagements to implement Ascender Pay as the payroll engine, ensuring high customer satisfaction and quality delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience in payroll and/or HCM system implementations
- Proven experience leading payroll implementations or payroll-related projects
- Experience with upstream system integrations (HRIS, T&A, Finance)
- Experience delivering end-to-end payroll solutions including UAT and go-live
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-vendor programs
- Strong commercial acumen and project financial management
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, controls, and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a matrix environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
