Dayforce is a global human capital management company that is hiring a Senior Developer to help modernize its Identity and Access Management ecosystem and build the next generation of AI-driven identity automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development
- Strong proficiency in C#/.NET (or equivalent object-oriented backend language)
- Strong proficiency in designing and consuming production REST APIs
- Strong SQL and relational data modeling experience
- Experience with relational and graph databases
- Front-end development experience building secure web interfaces and workflow-driven applications
- Exposure to LLM-based automation, AI agents, vector databases, or RAG systems
- Knowledge of public cloud platforms, including Azure and AWS
- Experience automating workflows using PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages
- Understanding of secure coding practices in cloud and identity systems
- Experience working in regulated or audit-driven environments
