The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on native iOS development experience and a commitment to building high-quality, maintainable software through sustainable development and testing practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on native iOS development experience
• Strong proficiency in Swift and modern iOS development practices
• Solid knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and mobile development best practices
• Experience working with JSON and web-based APIs
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts verbally and in writing
• A commitment to building high-quality, maintainable software through sustainable development and testing practices
• Proven ability to mentor other developers and contribute to team growth
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Strong architectural thinking and the ability to design for both immediate needs and long-term scalability
• A high degree of ownership for application quality, reliability, and performance
• The ability to thrive in fast-evolving technical environments and navigate ambiguity with confidence
• AI fluency in software engineering, including the ability to thoughtfully apply AI tools to improve development workflows, engineering efficiency, and technical outcomes
