Role Overview

Join our Dayforce implementation team as a crucial member, serving as the primary contact for new customers throughout their tax and banking setup. Oversee the setup of tax profiles, banking details, and ensure a smooth transition to support.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with customers and internal teams, execute tax profile setup, maintain attention to detail, enable back-office testing, and manage small to medium scale projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years industry related experience or combination
• Related experience in payroll, tax, or customer service is preferred
• Project management experience or certification is a plus
• Working knowledge of MS Office products
• Ability to analyze and problem-solve issues using tools and techniques
• Proficient understanding of tax compliance and regulatory requirements
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines
• Effective written and verbal communication, proficient consultative and critical thinking skills required
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with a sense of priority
• Possess intermediate PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Products as required
• Customer-centric to build a strong trusting relationship and ensure solutions are provided to meet customer expectations
• Requires general business knowledge and analytical skills to identify issues
• Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to impact and influence results
• Ability to communicate, engage and influence multiple stakeholders at all levels in the organization
