TRC - Assistant Residence Manager 1

The Resource Center has been providing services to persons with disabilities in the Chautauqua County area since 1958. The Assistant Residence Manager 1 is responsible for assisting the Residence Manager in the effective operation of the residence, providing supervision to direct care staff, and ensuring the implementation of individualized programming for each individual who resides at the residence.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of educational/training techniques for developmentally disabled adults
• Demonstrated competency in working with individuals with challenging behaviors
• Ability to understand and follow written habilitation plans and track, collect, and interpret data
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
