Center Director

This position is responsible for the clinical services and programming within at least one county that DAYMARK Recovery Services has a service location. The Center Director reports directly to the Area Clinical Director and is responsible for all local clinical operations and compliance with applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.

Requirements

• Ensures strict compliance with all professional standards, IPRS/NC State, Federal Medicaid and Medicare regulations, agency policies and procedures.
• Maintains care and compliance with all rules for the facility.
• Monitors all expenses and ensures that expenditures are within proposed budget for the center.
• Provides clinicians with assistance on productivity standards, both monitoring and status to standards.
• Explores and develops new services and revenue streams.
• Provides or arranges for clinical direction or supervision to all members of the treatment teams.
• Participates as a member of agency and community committees, councils and attends various meetings.
• Participates in the selection and hiring of therapists and other personnel actions as needed.
