Human Service Clinician Team Lead serves as support to the Center Director to ensure clinical areas functions with high quality and consistency. Provides direct clinical services to clients, mentors clinical staff, and assists with administrative duties.
Requirements
- Carries an active caseload and/or performs direct clinical services for a minimum of 2 days per week
- Mentors clinical staff to increase their clinical effectiveness, productivity, and therapeutic skills
- Assists with the development, use, analysis, and feedback of clinical performance measurement indicators, processes, audits, and ensures all paperwork, billing tickets, and documentation are completed in a timely manner
- Participates in the selection, hiring, and performance evaluation of clinical staff
- Provides in-service training, delivers clinical education programs, and provides best practices training to staff
- Participates in agency-wide training programs/in-services
- Supervises licensed clinical staff
