We're looking for a Development Team Lead - Data and Performance to join our team in Edinburgh, Scotland. As a leader, you'll be responsible for managing a small senior team focused on structural change of the application to meet our scaling needs. You'll work on technical planning and delivery, providing expertise and input into our architecture, design, and technology decisions. Our platform combines advanced AI, real-time project financials, and firm-wide insights to elevate resource management to a strategic function. Requirements
- Manage a small senior team focused on structural change of the application to meet our scaling needs
- Work on technical planning and delivery
- Provide expertise and input into our architecture, design, and technology decisions
- Work with product & development managers and SRE tech-lead to break down strategic company scaling objectives into a well-defined and deliverable set of roadmap projects
- Champion our culture of learning, development, cross-company collaboration and teamwork
Benefits
- Starting salary between £67,000 and £80,000, dependent on experience
- Earning potential in the Development Team Lead salary band up to £85,000
