Dayspring Academy seeks a Guidance Counselor to join their team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be dedicated to their team and the families they serve. The Guidance Counselor will provide direct learner services, identify learner needs, and provide counseling services to individuals and small groups.

Requirements

• Fingerprinted and pass a background screening process
• Master's degree from an accredited institution in Guidance and Counseling or related field
• Valid Florida Educator's Certificate in Guidance and Counseling or School Counseling PK-12
• 2-3 years of school counseling experience
