The Art Director (Midweight) will play a pivotal role in bridging high-level concepting with hands-on execution, ensuring our work remains both culturally relevant and strategically effective. You will work closely with the Executive Creative Director (ECD), the Commercial Editorial Director (CED) the Associate Creative Director (ACD) and the creative team to develop the art direction, concept, and execution of campaigns, activations and branded content.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a creative agency or equivalent with proven expertise in art direction-led creative.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking, multi-channel execution, an editorial perspective and cultural fluency.
- Collaborative team player with excellent presentation and communication skills; comfortable with client-facing.
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with detail-oriented execution.
- Deep passion for fashion, music, art, and youth culture, with a sharp instinct for what's next.
