Job Description
DeWolff, Boberg & Associates is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their Corporate team. This full-time role involves overseeing the placement of job postings, sourcing candidates, managing the interview process, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The position is based in Dallas, Texas.
Requirements
- Previous recruiting or staffing experience
- Understanding of recruitment lifecycle processes
- Experience proactively sourcing resumes
- Strong understanding of recruitment levels (entry to director)
- High sense of urgency and ability to time manage
- Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who enjoys teamwork
