Distribution/Operations Manager (Management Consultant Opportunity)

DeWolff, Boberg & Associates is seeking a Distribution/Operations Manager to provide leadership and guidance to frontline managers and supervisors in a full-time role. The position focuses on service delivery and transformational change, working with clients to improve productivity, quality, service, and profitability. This is an 11-12 month, 100-week position with frequent travel to client sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of direct supervision and management experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, build consensus and facilitate problem-solving
• Strong observation, analytical, numerical reasoning, business acumen, and leadership skills
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to build relationships
