District Manager to Management Consultant

This position requires 100% domestic travel and involves implementing and transformational change for clients. The role involves working with frontline staff, building relationships, and addressing issues to drive results and long-lasting cultural changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field
• 4+ years of proven direct supervision and management experience
• Ability to manage conflict, build consensus, and facilitate problem-solving and collaboration amongst cross functional teams
• Exceptional communication (verbal, written, and presentation) skills
