This role involves execution of client goals, daily frontline coaching, understanding client resource utilization, building client communication, and addressing performance issues. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field
• 4+ years of proven direct supervision and management experience (Production & Manufacturing preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, build consensus, and facilitate problem-solving
• Strong observation, analytical, numerical reasoning, business acumen, and leadership skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to travel internationally
