Operations Manager [Management Consultant]

DB&A is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to join their Management Consultant team. The role requires strong leadership, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment. The position offers opportunities for career growth within a dynamic and collaborative team, with potential for advancement to Senior Consultant, Project Manager, or even Chief of Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of proven direct supervision and management experience (Operations & Manufacturing preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, build consensus, and facilitate problem-solving
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
