Customer Service Representative (Excel-Focused)

DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative with a strong focus on Excel skills to join our customer's team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between customers and our client's services, actively managing orders and providing exceptional support through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, with a strong preference for roles focusing on data entry and Excel.
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, are essential.
• Medium-Advanced proficiency in Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Aptitude for problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Basic computer skills and typing speed of 50+ wpm.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Benefits
