Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in maintenance or repair is preferred.
• Proven experience as a janitorial equipment technician or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
